  • 5 years of relevant industry experience and/or certification gained through military service.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field related to aviation, advanced manufacturing, or engineering from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Associate’s degree in a field related to aviation or advanced manufacturing from a regionally accredited institution.
